The Goals:
GoHealthNow is hiring Brandit LLC to perform mobile application user experience audit and redesign, as well as a a complete website translation development. In order to complete the translation, Brandit LLC will need to work with a translator to tranlsate the entire website as well develop new functionality that will allow the site to be switched from English to Spanish by website visitors.
Milestone 1: Mobile App Audit, Wireframes and Preliminary Translation Development

Step 1: Mobile Application Audit
We will go through every screen of your mobile application, taking into account key user actions and user behavior goals.
Step. 2: Wireframes
Once we have fully audit the application, we will create a wireframe and user flow deliverable that will outline any layout changes and explain how these should be incorporated logically in the overall user flow.
Step 3:
Integration of 3 plugins that will provide translation functionality:
- WPML – Core plugin that provides multi-lingual functionality.
- String Translation – lets you translate strings such as tagline, widgets, etc.
- Translation Management – a translation management interface where you can interact with translators and translation services.
Milestone 2: App UI Designs, Translated Web Page Implementation, Custom CSS for Language Switching by End-User

Step 5: Design UI Style GuidesOnce the wireframe deliverable is approved we’ll move forward to create up to 5 app designs for key pages that can be used as a style guide as well as provide a new icon set.
Step 4: Multilingual Front-End Implementation with CSS Code
After integrating the multilingual plugins, we’ll begin writing custom CSS to implement the language-switch functionality which will allow users to choose between English or Spanish
Step 5: Spanish Web Page Creation and Implementation
Using the Spanish translation provided by GHN, we’ll create duplicate content for all pages on the website and implement the Spanish version.
Step 6: Implementation of App UI Revisions
We’ll submit the 5 app screens to GHN, collect feedback and implement up to 3 hours or revisions.
Step 7: Spanish Translation Testing & Launch
Once all pages have been implemented, we’ll do final testing and launch the new feature and work on any bugs.
